Limited Warranty – ALTechnologies LTD
At ALTechnologies LTD, we stand behind the quality of our custom lithium battery packs. All of our products are designed, manufactured, and tested in the UK to meet the highest safety and performance standards.
This Warranty applies to purchases made directly from ALTechnologies LTD or authorised distributors and is subject to UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Warranty Coverage
Our lithium battery packs are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the safe and proper functioning of the battery.
If a product is found to be defective within this period, ALTechnologies LTD will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
Exclusions – What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect charging, handling, storage, or transportation.
Overcharging, trickle charging, use of non-approved chargers, or connecting directly to mains power, car cigarette lighter, or solar panels without a suitable controller.
Damage caused by charging in parallel with batteries of a different type, voltage, chemistry, brand, or state of charge.
Over-discharge beyond safe limits or attempts to recover permanently damaged batteries.
Use of batteries outside the recommended voltage, current, or temperature ranges.
Physical damage (including squeezing, collision, puncture, fire, water damage, or exposure to extreme conditions).
Normal wear and tear, including reduced capacity that occurs with regular use.
Mixing old and new batteries, or batteries of different specifications.
Any battery that shows signs of tampering, label removal, or modification.
⚠️ Important Safety Reminder: Lithium-ion batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods. Improper use, storage, or charging can lead to fire, explosion, or personal injury. For your safety, please carefully follow all guidance provided in the product documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain your warranty, you must:
Use only approved lithium-ion chargers compatible with your ALTechnologies battery pack.
Follow the safety instructions provided for charging, storing, transporting, and handling.
Store batteries in a fireproof bag or container, away from flammable materials and sources of heat.
Perform periodic checks and maintenance, including voltage checks before parallel charging or long-term storage.
Dispose of damaged or end-of-life batteries responsibly at an approved recycling centre.
Failure to follow these instructions may void your warranty.
Statutory Rights
This Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this Warranty affects your legal rights.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective:
Stop using the battery immediately.

with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
Our team will provide instructions for safe return, inspection, and resolution.
